    Hello spdsk8race,

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to Reward them for events that took place before they existed. Your first eligible anniversary gems will happen on your anniversary in April.

    I have been in Xbox live rewards for 6 years now and I have not received any of the tenured gems. Why haven't I received my gems?

    Hello Bunny army 44,

    You received gems for your most recent 1000 Gamerscore increase on February 16. This is on top of the gems you received for your previous 1000 on January 16th.

    Support will double check for any missing gems, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, 2017 so you would not have earned gems for anything done prior to that date.

    Hello SgtMonkey1981,

    You will only see gems from perks completions on the MyRewards page. This does not include gems from general events like gems from pre-orders or achievements. A total count of your gems can be found on the vault page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/myvip/vault/).
