    I've had my Xbox Live Gold subscription since at least May 9, 2017 (and recently renewed for several more months), yet I did not get my 400 gems for completing the 'Golden God' challenge.

    Hello,

    I have completed three surveys and I have the same gems, I didn't receive any gem.

    Also, I have completed a mission (Freedom) and I received the credits but not the gems and it is supposed that I won two gems.

    I have the same gems before I won this mission and the challenge. So I would like to know why and how can I receive this gems.

    I never got my Golden God badge in MyChallenges? Why not?

    Since gems just started on October 1, it is not possible to have completed that challenge.

    It doesn't say, "Keep XBL Gold for 12 months from October 1"

    It just says "active for 12 consecutive months".

    Nothing done prior to gems starting on October 1 counts towards the offers.

    Nope. It's not. I just checked.

    Xbox Live Rewards

    What it says is "The dates each MyMission offer is available will be detailed at Xbox Live Rewards."

    And the only thing on that page says is "12 consecutive months". Doesn't say anything about excluding time accrued prior to October of last year.

    Since Gems were only created on October 1st, it would not be possible to have completed this offer at this time.
