    Missing Gears of War content?


    Hello!

    I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of Gears of War 4 and realized I never received any kind of token or code to get the Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection. I was wondering what the deal is with that, as it is mentioned as being included on the Xbox.com homepage
    and Gears of War 4 page. Billing support sent me here to try and find out what the issue is.

    Hi Richard

    Codes for the previous Gears of War titles are being sent out in waves to people who have purchased Gears of War 4. You should receive them within 1 month.

    See the following page, with some text further down stating:

    "Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption."

    I believe the content you are referring to was for the Gears of War Ultimate Edition, not Gears of War 4. Can you check Gears of War Ultimate Edition and see if you have the content available to you there please?
