Missing Gears of War 4 Preorder codes

I preordered a physical copy of Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition, the one that comes with a steelbook case, and I didn't receive the Vintage Del pack and Brothers to the End pack as part of my preorder when the game was given to me. I confronted Gamestop
about the problem, the place I preordered the game from, but they refused to give me codes even though it was their fault. I was told to speak with a Microsoft support person to resolve the issue and I was told to confront Microsoft again with printed out
documents stating I was entitled to the codes. They rejected the documents from the reference case and told me to politely go away. I spoke with another support representative about the issue again and they said to contact you for help so I can get my codes. I
now am forced to return to you for help to resolve this issue. I am very annoyed of this issue and wish to have it resolved. Please and Thank you for any help you can spare. They said I needed a snapshot of the game disc and have a proof of purchase. I can
provide those if you give me the proper instructions on how to deliver them to you. Thank you again for reading this.

As Smwutches mentioned, since this is a physical disc purchase, you'll need to reach out to the retailer. We don't have the ability to generate codes for this promotion, so they will be the best best for assistance. Generally the codes were printed either
on the receipt or in the box with the disc. So if you're not seeing those codes there, you'll need to contact the retailer.

Since you preordered a physical disc, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance.

 

Right, mixed it up and made it sound wrong. After speaking with the first representative she told me to print out the chat log we had and show it to Gamestop. After showing it to Gamestop they then refused the documents. Hope that clears up anything

Tell me if you find any more discrepancies in my writing.
