Missing Gears Games from Backswards compatibility list.

When backwards went live I was told those that played the Gears games on the 360 either digital copy or disc game would have them free in with the backwards compatibility list as they are on it.

Now 4 of my friends are the same as me they have played them on 360 on disc they have received all the games in there games ready to install section. When I got to mines I only had Gears 3 on the list.

They have had them all for the last month and i have never received all of mines. I was advised this morning to do this post on forum page to try see if others in same position as me and also if they are also not received the codes having got Gears Ultimate
edition as well as I also have it and either way I have not gotten anything from either option with Gears games. Also I'm aware there is a few people missing games from their Backswards Compatible list so clearly issues with this new feature.

So I would like the games I should have on my list if at all possible which are Gears 2, Gears Judgement I got Gears 3 only out of them all so not right and getting nowhere with it on the phone to xbox.

We just want to clarify. Which game are you missing from the Gears of War console bundle? Were you referring to the Gear of War Ultimate Edition Game itself, or the collection of Gears of War titles that are usable on Backward Compatibility.

1. It looks like you have 39/82 Achievements unlocked for Gears of War 3. Is this the game you're referring to, or is it a different Gears of War game?
   
2. Which Achievements do you feel are missing?
3. Have you played the game & earned any Achievements offline, completely disconnected from Xbox Live?
   
4. What exactly is missing from the game?

this is where I ready about the backwards Gears games. Would explain why I got Gears 3 as I never owned a digital copy on 360 only Arcade store games. But doesn't explain why I have not received the others so clearly issues with xbox.
