Missing Gears 4 code

On December 10th I purchased the 2T Gears of War 4 Xbox One S system bundle, it is supposed to come with the limited edition system, limited edition controller, the standard 14days free live, and a digital download code for Gears Of War 4. I am very happy
with my purchase but to my dismay the code for the game was not in the box. I contacted xbox support who said to contact the store who said to contact Xbox who then said to post here about it. In at my ends I only get 1 day off work a week. So playing tag
on ob the phone with issues is not great. I suppose it was put somewhere on my account or case issue that I'm missing a game code. I'm just hoping to get a code for Gears 4 and hopefully something to compensate the whole issue.

4 days ago i received the codes for gears 1, gears 3 and Gears Judgement.

Gears 2 is still missing.

What should I do can someone please help?

 

You will need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from. Support here cannot assist with physical bundles.

As Smwutches stated, this is an area we're unfortunately able to assist in. Since this was a physical bundle purchased through a 3rd party retailer, contacting the retailer you purchased from will be the best step to take.

I was finally after almost a week able to resolve the issue with bestbuy, and they said they're going to email me a code for the game, but it does upset me that after 10 years with xbox that I was just given a toss off back to the store and though the primary
issue was resolved I have no compensation for my lost time and trouble going through this.... I few years back I had an issue I called once the issue was resolved fixed and compensated for the trouble. That's care for customer.
