    On Jan 6, 2016, I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition through my Xbox One in the store tab. It was my understanding that it came with 2 & 3. I did not receive the code for 2 & 3. I posted this concern a couple of weeks ago and I was given this as an
    answer... You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer. If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this
    promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox Live Countries page. If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly

    the birth date on your account using the site above does not change your Xbox Live account's birth date. I mentioned in my post it was purchased 6 Jan so that eliminates option one. I live in Missouri so that eliminates option 2. I checked my birthday setting
    and it is on 30 Aug 1968 so I'm definitely over 17. If I didn't meet one of these parameters, why did you give me part of the offer? I would have thought the purchase would have been denied all together. I now noticed the offer for all three is being offered
    again. How can I take advantage of this deal if I've already purchased Ultimate Edition?

    I received my Codes for Gears 1, 3 & Judgement. Could redeem the code for 3 & Judgement, but the Gears 1 Code always gives me an error message.

    The error message is:

    And whats the reson that Gears 2 is missing?
