Missing games from Xbox One Package

    Missing games from Xbox One Package


    I bought the Assassins Creed Unity/Black Flag Xbox One bundle around Christmas but only finally got around to setting up the console this past week (was still using my 360 but that red ringed).

    After setting it up I realised there weren't any discs or download codes with the console - the shop I bought it from has since closed so I have no place to return the console...

    Can anyone advise how I can get the games I was supposed to get with my console?

    I will NOT buy ME3 day 1

    Mass Effect 2 has never received a complete edition, even the PS3 version is missing Arrival from the package.

    -

    So the likelihood of ME3 having one by Christmas is very unlikely indeed.

    play an error dlc

    wanting to play the dlc gives me this error already veses DOWNLOAD 4 and the same ; a downloadable content package was loaded because ist was missing or damaged some content may be unavailable until downloaded again from the xbox live

    Sorry to hear about this. Please double check all cards that came in the box for a scratch off area. The codes will be there. Some people have found their cards under the flaps.

    As for the store closing down, I'm not sure what can be done to help with that as Xbox will not replace codes.

    Checked the box again and no cards at all, bar the one for a trial of Xbox Live Gold.

    Shouldn't MS know which consoles are used in bundles so should be able to get a code?

    This is a pain...
