Missing games from Microsoft store, purchased games gone, missing completely from account

Recently I had to get a new hard drive so I understand that I lost the installation of the games, however, once I logged back into the Microsoft Store the game was gone and as if I had never purchased it, I still have the receipt and any payments for subscriptions on my account but I have no way to download the game again. If I look the game up in the store it shows it as not purchased and it isn't listed in owned games either.

Please try to check your game in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the game is in the account, I suggest to remove your account and add it back.

Yes including deleting the profile and redownloading it.

It seems a few things are missing from the games installation. Plus all the DLC gone from store

The free game given is on purchase of an Xbox One. Some stores have deals with bundles (Xbox One + certain game+other game) it completely depends on the bundle you purchased and from which store. If you've already bought your console there's no way to get
those things that you might of missed
