    Missing Games from "All Owned Games"


    Anyone else missing games from their "All Owned Games" section? I had in the region of 350 games and now it's displaying 220, from what I can tell most seem to be 360 games. Ones I know I'm missing are:

    • Lego Games (Star wars Original trilogy and Complete Sega, Batman 1 and 2)
    • GTA San Andreas (360 version)
    • Forza Horizon 1 and 2
    • Bully
    • Gears of War 2
    • Fallout New Vegas
    • Fable Anniversary
    • Elder Scrolls Oblivion
    • Borderlands 1
    • Bioshock 1 and 2
    • Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Revelations
    • RDR1
    • GTA 4

    There are still other 360 games that are there so it's not all.

    I've tried a hard reset, tried on another console, mobile app and all the same.

    I can go to the store and download them directly from there fine, they just seem to be missing from my list of owned games.

    Last week when I last went through my games they were all there.

    Is there something wrong with the 360 games? I'm noticing and I have a lot less games on the owned games pile and I think they are a lot of the 360 games I got from games with gold. I searched on the xbox store one of the games missing and it still says I own it and I can play it but it's not in the owned pile, is anyone else having this issue?
    I am missing more than 50 games, can’t get an answer from anybody and Xbox support is non existent. No phone number, no email contact, and an AI that is dumb as a brick and offer no real answers.

    I have always been a loyal Xbox fan, bought both the Series X and Series S and have the One X too, but this is unreasonable and maybe Sony is a better company?

    It seems as though there is some sort of licensing issue going on. I logged a support case with Microsoft a couple of days ago, but the problem still remains. This really needs to be given a higher priority and fixed ASAP!

    The few games that I definitely know that's missing, I searched them on the xbox store and they say that I own them and I've installed them and I can play them.

    Yeah I got 99.99% of my licenses that were missing back. Only one I see missing is Nuts and Bolts but no one cares about that game lol
