Missing gamerscore

On the 20th of this month lost 50 points overnight last game I played was Tron/Run/r for 325 I now have 102000 from playing other games but it should be 102050 what do I need to do to fix it?

Missing xbox 360 gamerscore

hi again, when I see a 360 game progress it says no unlocks but upon clicking it the achievements are dated and unlocked. Also the gamerscore total is 110k missing not the current 113k I have to in total there should be around 220k.

your profile here on xbox.com, and I see that The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season is showing as 1000/1000. If you are still missing the last 25GS, please remove and download your profile so that it can sync up with the servers that are showing it
as completed. We want to make sure we've got you fully sorted, so please post up your results!

chezza16 - If you haven't already, please post up a new thread detailing what achievement and what game it's in you aren't getting, when it should have unlocked, and what troubleshooting you've already completed. This way we can look into your situation further.

sometimes there is a delayed effect in unlocking achievements on xbox sometimes they can take anything from hours to days to unlock if there is a problem, also check your achievements to make sure that achievement is unlocked in your list hope this helps.

Have you tried the gamehub of the game if it's unlocked there

 

Have you tried removing your account from your Xbox then signing back in? This will force a resync of your account data.

 

They are unlocked think 2 of the achievements dont add up right would i need to get them again so they add correctly?

 

How long will the resych take after doing it?

 

How many days does it normally take?

If the account was removed and re-added the resync should be pretty much instant, if that isn't the case, we suggest a reset of the console since

the problem might be on the actual OS of the console (or possibly a bad update) so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Short answer no, we here on the Xbox Support Forums do not have the tools to modify Gamerscores, we would have to refer to the
Developers since they are in charge of achievements. Feel free to give it a shot and let us know how it goes so we can make sure this gets ironed out!
