Missing gamerscore

My total gamerscore was at 73538. I unlocked an achievement worth 20G on Metro 2033 - Xbox 360 bringing my total up to 73558 and 1000G for the game itself. About a minute later my gamerscore went back down to 73538 and 980G for the game.

I checked on my Xbox One and the total is at 73538 too. However, the total for Metro still shows as 1000G. Since this happened I've logged in and out on my Xbox 360 a couple of times and the total gamerscore is always at 73538. Strangely enough, the total
for Metro was either 980G or 1000G on different occasions.

Any help would be welcome.

In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
THERE!!!

Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?

 

Hey, Popitoo! It sounds like the achievement didn't sync up fully. In order to resolve it, we've got a lot of troubleshooting in
our sticky for achievement issues. You will want to follow the instructions for gamerscore not adding up after waiting 72 hours.

If the troubleshooting doesn't help you, there's a survey at the bottom of the post you will want to fill out. That is sent to the right team to look into achievement issues. Because this is all the troubleshooting we are able to offer on achievements, and
