Missing gamerscore

I had 4 achievements not unlock whilst playing The Walking Dead season one on the night HMCC was released, the next day they had all unlocked BUT the last achievement for Episode 5 has not added the 25gs to my total.

If i snap my achievements in game it shows 1000/1000 and 48/48 BUT my total gamerscore still shows 25 less, if i look at my achievements full screen from the dashboard it shows all tiles coloured and unlocked BUT says 975/1000 and 47/48, still with the total
gamerscore for my tag 25 short.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
THERE!!!

Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?

 

Are we talking Xbox One or 360? If Xbox One I'm thinking this must be some sort of syncing issue. Have you tried clearing persistent storage and then hard resetting your Xbox One? If not, give that a go matey.

Hi, To clear persistent storage, Press the menu key of the controller, Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray. In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage". Select "Clear persistent storage". To hard reset, hold power button down for 8 - 10 seconds.

 

Thanks for explaining the process but still no joy,remains 25gs short.

 

Have tried everything imaginable now and no fix.

This is not going to magically fix itself and needs escalating.

 

Did it add to your gamerscore in the end? I got a similar problem.

your profile here on xbox.com, and I see that The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season is showing as 1000/1000. If you are still missing the last 25GS, please remove and download your profile so that it can sync up with the servers that are showing it

chezza16 - If you haven't already, please post up a new thread detailing what achievement and what game it's in you aren't getting, when it should have unlocked, and what troubleshooting you've already completed. This way we can look into your situation further.
