Missing Gamerscore

Last night I had 247000 gamerscore, I get up this morning I have 131000 gamerscore. Live Chat couldn't help me. Xbox telephone line couldn't help but informed me that Enforcement can remove my gamerscore and do not need to give me a reason or any form of
notification/details. I have checked on the enforcement page and my last enforcement was a communication ban in June 2016 for inappropriate communication. But there was hope offered from this gentleman he suggested the forums so hi to you, the reader . On
my profile in no order some games have become 0 gamerscore, such as Gears of War 4 but when I see the achievement list mine are there. Again as example Gears of War 4 which is 2510 out of 3000. Can you help me? I have put hours upon hours and alot of money
into my account which I take a great deal of pride in. Please help me or point me in the direction of someone who can, I'm a die hard xbox fan but this experience makes me feel like I should be reconsidering my choice of console .

In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
THERE!!!

Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?

 

If you haven't been given a gamerscore reset, then It's just a glitch that I'll fix itself.

 

I am having the same problem.

the follwing games are showing 0% but when I check the achievements this happens:

terraria....5/1000

world 2 hunting boss 1000/1000

life is strange 1000/1000

the turing test 1000/1000

oxenfree 750/1000

sols project 138/1000

trove 95/1300

walking dead michonne 1000/1000

worms W.M.D 160/1000

I am missing over 5000 points

Hours of work gone and not to mention the money for games that I have bought soley to get my gamerscore up

Please let me know if this gets resolved for you Bossman..and I'll keep you posted on mine

There was a service alert up for achievement yesterday that has since been resolved. However, that affected display of achievements such as you seeing zero achievements for Gears of War 4 but seeing all your achievements again when you clicked on the game
title. This wouldn't have removed your Gamerscore fro your total.

If you feel you lost Gamerscore, please try
removing profile ,
power cycling your Xbox One console, and then signing back into your account.

If that doesn't help, please allow up to 72 hours to see if this resolved the issue as per our
achievement troubleshooting guide.

 

Have you been able to get your achievements back? I am in the same boat.
