Missing gamer score

I had 800 GS on Fifa 17. Yesterday want to play. The Achievments already unlocked but the scale shows 0/1000 .

This just happened to me tonight im missing almost 20000 gamer score from games i would like to know what happened as well.

Your games are hidden so we can't check to see if it's a glitch or Gamerscore reset.

I would recommend freeing some space on your device by clearing saved locale games and preform a reset keeping games and apps and see if the game score issue is fixed.

Looks like your a victim of a glitch that has been affecting a few people over the past few months,including me.

Does it show some xbox one games as having 0 achievements unlocked but when you click on that game in your games played list you have achievements unlocked?

If so then don't worry,it will correct itself within a few days.

I lost over 90,000 when it happened to me but did get it all back.
