Missing gamer score points

iv notice that im missing like 37000 gamer score please help

achievement point not added to total gamer score

I recently played Mass Effect 3 on my Xbox One and got 500 points as achievements, I can see those points in my profile. But those points are not added to my total score. I started playing another game after that and points from this game are getting added
to total score but points from ME3 are still missing.

Hey. Just realised I should be having 19950 points and not 19850. But the score shows 19850 ?????

28 days @ 750 = 21,000 points. Less 1050 (for three games & bonus points) makes it 19950. Arkadium - am I right?

100 points are MISSING!!!!!!!

 

Looks like your a victim of a glitch that has been affecting a few people over the past few months,including me.

Does it show some xbox one games as having 0 achievements unlocked but when you click on that game in your games played list you have achievements unlocked?

If so then don't worry,it will correct itself within a few days.

I lost over 90,000 when it happened to me but did get it all back.
