Missing Game Cover Art 2022

Hello Xenovia, this may be some kind of preview bug, try doing a cache cleanup on the console, this can help to alimony unnecessary aquivos and maybe the preview will come back.

Cache Xbox One

The first is a cache cleanup:

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

I have the same issue. A few of my games are missing their cover art, and it drives me crazy. Wish they could resolve this issue. I have since deleted the games as I can't stand that I cannot see the cover art for them.

Hey again Rich! I have not been able to repro this issue I'm afraid. To get a better understanding of the issue can I have you try a few more things. First, are either of your consoles on a wired connection? If they are not would you be able to try a wired
connection to see if it make a difference? Also, I know you've tried both clearing cache and re-downloading each game but have you tried clearing your cache post deletion and prior to re-downloading? This switch might help out! Let me know if you have any
luck.

I actually have 2 consoles, but its the same on both of them?

When I said download, I meant the actual games, although when I got my 2nd console (only fairly recently) I downloaded my profile to it. This would probably have covered the step that you are suggesting?

Not sure what else to try.... it does seem odd!
