    Missing game codes message


    Hello!

    I purchased Gears of War 4 and was in the process of redeeming my two promotional codes that came with it - one was for Gears of War 3 for Cbox 360 and I don't know what the other was, when the message disappeared from my Xbox! Can it "come back?" Am I
    missing another place to where it shows up? Thanks.

    I can not find my old messages three months ago on xbox one, how can I recover them?

    Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days. There is no way to get them back. If you're looking for messages with game codes, you'll need to post the games you're missing so support can resend you the codes.

    I have the same problem, my messages have been wiped clean, I had the code sent for halo reach for the mess up with the master chief collection game, finally went to retrieve the code as I have been on destiny ranking up and low and behold my messages are
    gone from my inbox..
