    I bought blue dragon while it was on sale using my microsoft account balance and for some reason iam unable to download it this was on 26/9/2022

    Any help willl be appreciated

    If yes, when you sign in with your account there. Are you able to see the “install” option?

    If yes, please try to install remotely the game and once installed verify if you’re able to open it
