    I received a $15 Xbox Live code today about 6 hours ago i put the code in and the money went to my account I go back now and the money is not there and i look at my transcript and it says nothing was added today. Has this happen to anyone else. What
    do i do

    You would need to contact the developer turn 10 and speak with there customer service.

    I think you need to go back to Forza / turn 10 support.

    It's ingame currency and thus game related..

    Probably no one at Microsoft can sort this out for you.

    If you still have the code, try redeeming it again. If it says it's been used, you'll need to try contacting support to see if they can track the original transaction to your account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    I think you need to go back to Forza / turn 10 support.

    We need to validate if it was redeemed under the correct account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, once confirmed check your payment methods as well, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.

    Once you were able to confirm and you’re trying to buy the game from your console please make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account.

    “REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​
