    I have purchased many games since becoming a xbox rewards program member and I was receiving my rewards points but sometime after xbox switched from MS points to currency my rewards seemed to just stop with small amounts which did not seem to match up to
    what I was spending I hope we can get this fixed and I would like to talk to someone about this please contact me by phone or xbox gamertag message

    3 month game pass for $10

    Am I the only one that finds it ridiculous that Xbox sends out deals like the 3 month game pass for $10 but you aren't included because you are already a loyal customer? Seriously, don't include me on the e-mail if I'm not eligible. I re-joined game pass
    because I thought we'd get 3 months for $10. Now that I've joined and paid the $10, I figured out that it's not for 3 months. It's only for 1 because I'm already a customer. Ugh!

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. The program
    went through a lot of changes about the same time points were discontinued so a lot of the former offers you may have gotten points from are no longer available.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    The "small amounts" you describe were most likely when you were placed into a 3 star rank in September 2014. However, we see that you have consistently ranked up into rank 4 or rank 5. As stated before, please keep in mind that game consumables and pre-orders
    are not eligible for MyVIP, which may be why you are seeing less payback than you expected.

    Why can't I buy digital or physical games anymore.

    Why is my Gamepass subscription being credited from Ideal?

    Why are customers not told what is going on ?

    I have been with Xbox for 2/3 decades.

    It's just rude. And i am looking for an answer for months and never got one untill now.

    So I am bailing, will be cancelling my Gamepass subscription and selling my Xbox series X. Coz Microsoft doesn't want/need my money. And the lack of "exclusives" makes it a lot easier.

    Shame Microsoft, not the way to treat loyal customers.

    I have paid well over the last 4 years, 50 - now 70 bucks a month for 10 mbps cable internet. (TWC)

    Just yesterday I saw a TWC ad on my xbox homepage for 50 mbps at 34.99 a month.

    Now, I don't know about data caps, but it sickens me to know that if I were a 'New Customer' and not a loyal customer (never missed a payment) that I could lock in 50 mbps for 34.99 a month.

    Grrrrrrrrrrr.

    It seems that the price of pocker keeps going up, and up while the chips with which to play this game called 'life' keeps being devalued.

    It's a Dog eat dog world, and I am wearing Milkbone underware!
