    • Date of purchase: “10/5/2015” - this is the date that shows on my microsoft account, but if I look on the Fallout page, it says 11/10/2015
    • Issue:
      • “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”
    Hello,

    I have not yet received my Fallout 3 code from my digital purchase of FO4. I also purchased Gears of War and received those codes via Xbox Live messages, so I know that I CAN receive codes via messages, but just haven't for FO3. I got on chat in December
    and got this reference number: 1316003873. I contacted support again today and they said to follow the instructions on this forum: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.. Hence this post.

    Issue:

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is
    [Mod Removed]

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
