Missing free 3 months Xbox live with purchase of 3 months

I purchased a 3 month xbox live card back on June 17th and have not received the additional 3 months of live that was part of the promo--buy 3, get 3.

Please help with this issue.

Another missing 3 months live gold issue

Hi, Here is another missing 3 months Xbox Live Gold issue. Xbox support sent me here after a chat conversation. Like others, I purchased 3 months Xbox Live Gold in January that came with a bonus 3 months free. Was to
have received the code by mid March but haven't received it yet. Could you please have a look and advise? Thanks!

Once you click on the ad it should take you to a purchase page where you can purchase the 3 months. A code for the 3 free months should be sent to you via Live message within 2 weeks of the purchase.
