Missing free 3 month live code

Hello,

In January I signed up for 3 month XBL gold membership through offer below:

It said I would get 3 free months sent to my XBL msgs on March 15th. I got no such msg yet, I contacted support they told me all I can do is post here.. Seen many others with same problem.. Hope you will give out the codes soon!

Another missing 3 months live gold issue

Hi, Here is another missing 3 months Xbox Live Gold issue. Xbox support sent me here after a chat conversation. Like others, I purchased 3 months Xbox Live Gold in January that came with a bonus 3 months free. Was to
have received the code by mid March but haven't received it yet. Could you please have a look and advise? Thanks!

To be sure, did you buy the 3 months of gold from the promotion tab or from the normal xbox.com route?

Keep in mind that if you did not use the actual promotion to make the purchase you would not be eligible for the promotion.

Post back and if you can link us to where you made the purchase!

You will probably find cheaper than Shopto but they do a ( Instant )3 + 1 month extra free code for £12.98.

1. Did you purchase 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via the promotional tile on the Xbox console, or via the page for the promotion at Xbox.com?

2. The date that you purchased 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via this promotion (to be eligible, you must have purchased during the promotion window between 1/15/2018 and 1/30/2018).

1 I spoke to a customer service representative and they confirmed the purchase I have a reference number if you need it and yes I did buy it within the deal time window

I too purchased Xbox Live Gold during the promo period. I am being told by Xbox Support that because I did not purchase it through a tile on the Xbox, I am not eligible for the promotion. Even though the link I clicked on to purchase the renewal of my subscription
was right there in the ad. Now I am being directed here to post my concern. Kind of not cool MS.
