Missing "Forza Horizon 2 Code" from Gamerscore Super Deal Aktion

Hello,

at December last Year I gave my code to someone (via PM) and the code was used to buy

a new Console by him.

Unfortunately I haven't received the Forza Horizon 2 Code, yet. I just chatted with 4 (four!)

Guys of your colleagues of the german support team, but he told me he couldn't find my

gamertag on his list.

The last one (Johannes) told me I should post my problem here for further help. Would you

please kindly check why I didn't receive my Forza Code, yet?

Durch die Aktion im Dezember (Gamerscore Super Deal), Habe ich ein Rabattcode bekommen, den ich am Freund weiter geleitet habe. Habe bis heute kein code für forza Horizon 2 bekommen.
