Missing Fortnite Skin and not all V-bucks refunded

I logged into my Fornite account on my xbox today and saw that the Finn skin and Riot Control Baton that I had purchased were missing from my locker and that only 1900 v-bucks were refunded when together they cost 2700 v-bucks. I contacted Epic Games support
but I know they take months to respond. Is there anything else I can do?

Unfortunately, each time I have requested a refund using the virtual agent channel, Microsoft takes my money from my Fortnite V-Bucks and gives it back to me and calls it a refund.

Now I'm also missing two skins purchased using V-Bucks.

Apart from Support and the help centre that has been suggested I would say drop a message via the Epic Games Support Twitter. That way you have covered all bases

They will be able to play any games you have downloaded but skins and V-bucks in fortnite can not be transfered from your account to theirs. So ensure if they want a skin or V-bucks, you buy it on their profiles.

Regarding your skin missing within the game, have you had any refunds for a V-Bucks purchase on the game?

An updated feature of receiving a refund for such purchases will also return items in which V-Bucks were used to get said skins.

If this is not the case, then the Epic Games Support might be of more assistance.
