    Missing Ebony Flintlock Skin

    I'm missing the Ebony Flintlock Skin from watching the Mixer Stream on March 22nd. The Mixer account was linked to my Microsoft account, and I watched the stream through the Mixer app on the Xbox One. Per the support email, I'm posting
    here to resolve the situation.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. We see that you haven't signed into Mixer to link your Microsoft Account. If you were watching on Mixer, this would be the only way to acquire this content, this means that you do not qualify for the
    content. Be sure to access Mixer with your already reserved gamertag account for future mixpot rewards. thank you.

    I live in the Netherlands. My Microsoft and Windows 10 installation are set to this region.

    I watched on Mixer with the same Microsoft account, I use on the game. I watched the entire mixer stream and have not received the Flintlock skin.

    The Flintlock skin will have been sent to the Xbox/Microsoft account in which you linked your Mixer profile to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams with.

    We're afraid we wouldn't be able to send the Flintlock to your other account.
