Missing flintlock pistol skin

We greatly appreciate your interest in the Inside Xbox MixPot. At this time, all users who watched the Inside Xbox stream live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should now have the Flintlock Pistol skin & Stargazer Anubis skin unlocked.
We hope to see you at our future Mixer events, thank you for being a part of the Mixer family!

As for the Day One patch that would have been an item you purchased in-game for one gold from the clothing vendor on an outpost island and we would have no way to grant the item to an account.

Unfortunately, we discovered that the Mixer account attached to your GT was not active at the time of the stream.

This would not qualify the account for the MixPot prize as the account needed to be active prior to the 22nd and signed into the stream during the live viewing.

There will be more MixPots in the future and we do hope you are able to take part in them!

I don't understand. I made sure I logged in with my Microsoft Account and watched for over a half hour. It's literally the only thing I've ever watched on Mixer so how could I have levels or xp or whatever it is if I didn't watch it? This is kind of frustrating,
to be honest. I did everything that was asked of me and I'm getting literally nothing in return. Explain to me how this is fair.

We understand the frustration, but the account would have needed to be linked to your Gamertag and Mixer, and then you would have needed to watch the stream live on the 22nd.

Linking accounts after the stream or watching VODs of the stream would not qualify the account and we can determine that the account was not active on the 22nd.

We do hope that you are able to take part in future events now that the account is linked up but we will not be able to assist further with this particular issue.
