    Missing fifa points

Hi, I purchased 5x100 fifa points on 4th April, via the Microsoft store, using my Microsoft balance. I've received all the receipts on corresponding emails, but the fifa points have never shown up in Fifa 21. Just wondering what I need to do. Thanks.

    :)

    FIFA points missing.

Yeah, also Official Xbox Customer Support can't help with in-game consumables such as FIFA points. Those points can only be seen through the windows of the game makers through their servers. EA is the only group that has the ability of depositing the points
into your account upon confirming official purchase. When it comes to consumables obtained through a prepaid code, it gets a little tricky as EA can't officially get a confirmation that it went to your account and Xbox Customer Support doesn't have the ability
to do anything with FIFA points. You may need to continue to bump heads with EA.

    Reach out to
    Xbox Support for assistance.

The best way to reach Live Support would be here:
    Xbox Support

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
