    What content, specifically, are you missing? And where did you pre-order your game from? In the meantime, please take a look at this guide from EA

    regarding the FIFA 17 editions     that explains how the bonus content works.

    Thanks for clarifying Zombie. Your FUT kit should be in-game already. Take a look under the "Club Item" menu and check out "Kits." Missing Fifa 17 super deluxe bonus items :)
