Missing February Reward

I completed the Quest in February but I never received a reward message.

My 10 percent rebate from money spent in February never showed up

I was supposed to get like $10 back from my 10 percent rebate on money spent in the Xbox store in February but my February rewards never showed up in my rewards account. Is there a issue or glitch in your system or can you add the $10 I'm missing for the
money I spent during February? Thanks

 

Missing Xbox quest rewards for January and February

hello support I haven’t received my rewards for January and February Xbox live quest plus I am also missing the most recent mixpot rewards thank you for your time

Actually you are mistaken. I unlocked 4 achievements for Shadow Warrior on 2/1, I played 30 minutes of Assassins Creed Origins, Dynasty Warriors 9 and GTAV, and I basically was on my console every single day in February. So what
exactly was missed?

And also Dragonball Xenoverse 2 but that could have been under 30 minutes.
