    i bought fallout 4 today but have not recieved the code for fallout 3. i have checked my emails and there is nothing there. i am aware that if the code is not entered in by 24 hours that this may be an issue.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you have not received your Fallout 3 code yet. Remember that it does take up to 10 days for it to be sent.

    Please make sure that you have checked your Xbox Live messages as that is where it is most likely to be sent to.

    Otherwise, there seems to be a delay as others have reported not receiving the code either. You should receive the code soon though.

    Just to clarify, after pre-ordering Fallout 4 it can take 7-10 days for you to receive your code. If it has been over 10 days and you have still not received your code, be sure to let us know. Thanks!

    I purchased Fallout4 on release (11/10/2015) digitally from Live but I have not yet received message for my Fallout 3. I would not think that messages could be vanished? And the messaging system is automated I guess.

    I know I need to contact the support but just wanted post this on forums if there is more people with same issue.

    yeah with the physical copy, there should be an insert inside that contains the code for Fallout 3. If you didn't get this, I'd be taking it back to the retailer and asking them for it :)
