    Missing Episodes - Missing SUPPORT!!


    So far I have been told that I would get my money back and than they changed their minds!!

    Now I am told to wait a few days for you guys to figure things out, IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS!!

    How much more of this to I have to endure! No one has any answers everyone is just giving the run around, and your people can't even take two seconds to give a proper estimate as to how long this will take ?

    As a CUSTOMER I feel very helpless!! This is not OK!



    This is Dave, with Xbox Global Escalation Support, I am sorry to hear about the Xbox video issue you are having with your account and I am happy to help get this taken care of. I have looked into this a bit more and want to share what I was able to
    find.



    I went down every path I could think of to get this resolved. I am glad that we were able to get your escalation because this is what our team is best at. It looks like the issue you are encountering requires further escalation to one of our development
    teams for further investigation.

    At this time, I am still waiting to hear back on an estimated time frame as to when a resolution will be deployed. Please be assured that your issue is important and I will make every attempt to provide you with an update and/or resolution as quickly
    as I am able.

    I will follow up with you in a few days to let you know if I have heard anything. If you have any questions in the meantime regarding this issue, please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to help.

    went to Microsoft movies and TV community support its envolves missing season episode only one south park season 5 episode 3 that going at them about same thing couple years ago season and xbox refunded me about 2 seasons of naruto missing approx 3 or 4
    which i was tick about this time only one episode i dnt want refund what paid for not shut out as not just happening to me as happening ppl buying seasons with missing episode xbox support nearly ruin my xbox its an app issue not xbox issues

    I have just got word (ive been on the phone all morning) from an xbox support Representative that they can't even find my case?!?!?!?

    To be fair, he does say that he will get back to you as soon as he is able to and that you are free to ask him further questions. My advice would be to wait another day or so and then make contact with him via what ever method he has left open to you. If

    As Cloud says, he did leave it open to you to reply.

    As the issue seems to be getting escalated further, the best method for you is to keep pursuing that avenue to get it resolved as there is nothing we can do here on the forums that they are not better equipped to do for you.

    I have sent an e mail asking whats going on and no reply!

    It has already been 6 days.

    And What I do if he doses not respond for another week? Customers shouldn't feel helpless like this and get nothing but a "WAIT" or "Send have another E Mail" Ive already sent 2!!

    Theres honestly not a single person in XBOX that can take control of this situation, and give me some real answers and a AN ACTUAL TIME FRAME!?
