Discus and support Missing episode Microsoft Film and Tv app in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am missing episode 9 of the Orville season 2.     I am missing episode 9 of the Orville season 2. Episode 10 is available as is all the ones prior to 9.

    Any ideas? I have tried restoring my purchases on all devices (xbox and windows pc).

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I undestand you're having trouble watching a specific episode of a series that you've already purchased. I recommend you go to your Microsoft
    Account Order History     and review your previous purchases to locate the video you are not able to watch. If you can find it there I would recommend you Uninstall the profile from the console as well as the Movies & TV App. First you would Remove the Account
    from the console and then Uninstall the App itself. Restart the console then redownload the profile. Once signed in Reinstall the Movies & TV App and give it another try.

    I just double checked the episode is not showing in the store either? So I dont believe this is exclusive to my account.
