Missing email, my email just vanished, with gift code tokens from freedom playathon

as I posted ion twitter. My email just seemed like it deleted my email which had the gift code tokens which was from the freedom play-a-thon. I checked in every available folder in my email, spam folder/trash/junk etc and the emails
are no where to be found. I saw the emails there earlier that day and later that day I went to open, when I got back home from being out running errands, to find the emails all missing to be found no where.

Is there a way to resend the emails to me? It's like my email had a bad mood that day and did whatever it wanted.

Has there been any update? I have not yet heard anything back since this last post asking for a PM of the email associated with my account. Which was now 2wks ago.

 

since no response as usual. I sent another message which is 3/3 since its limited in characters when sending PM's.

message is the email you registered into this sweepstakes with, and not your normal contact email? Since it is possible to register into the sweepstakes with any email address you wish to put into the registration form, we have seen some users look at the
wrong address. Having this confirmation helps since we have had some cases where our other team could not find the email provided by the user, and after investigation, we found that the user mistyped their email address (for example, typing in a @htmail.com
address instead of a @hotmail.com address). Knowing what the first part of the email address is expected to be can help significantly in identifying if a typo is the issue.

Our win fulfillment team could not confirm any wins for your email. They then investigated with our web team for your registration details associated with the gamertag "roberts666", and could not find any Play-a-thon wins associated with that gamertag. The
only results that they could find for your gamertag were some wins for the Forza Sweepstakes, which they then re-sent. Note that the email registered for that sweepstakes is different than the one provided in your private message. However, as mentioned previously,
we could not find any Play-a-thon wins for either your Gamertag, the email associated with your Rewards account, or the email that you provided in your private message.
