    Missing Ebony FLintlock from March 22nd Stream


    Watched stream with linked account on March 22nd. Friends got flintlock but I didnt. Checked xbox messages and checked the armory in game. Also got no notification on mixer

    Missing Ebony Flintlock Skin

    I'm missing the Ebony Flintlock Skin from watching the Mixer Stream on March 22nd. The Mixer account was linked to my Microsoft account, and I watched the stream through the Mixer app on the Xbox One. Per the support email, I'm posting
    here to resolve the situation.

    Still have not received my Ebony Flintlock

    I watched the stream on March 22nd and have not received my Ebony Flintlock. My xbox account is connected to mixxer and i watched the stream for more than an hour.

    I guess I am confused because when I got on Mixer it asked if I wanted to use my Microsoft account to login in and watch it... and I selected that option...

    What steps are you actually suppose to do to make sure this is done properly?
    No problem!

    Signing in with your Microsoft account may not have been all of the steps needed based on the account.

    In order to qualify you would need to be fully linked across accounts and active in the Live stream.

    Unfortunately, we have determined that this account did not have the proper Mixer credentials at the time of the stream.



    Not having everything linked up properly at the time for the stream would mean the account would not qualify for the promotion.



    There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!



    If you watched the stream with another account do please post back with that account!
