    Missing EA Access 1 Month Codes


    Hi there,

    Around the start of September I preordered the Super Deluxe Edition of FIFA 17, and then in October I preordered the Standard Edition of Battlefield 1. In the descriptions of both games on the store it said that I would receive 1 month codes for EA Access
    through my Xbox Live messages, but I have not received either code through yet. I just got off the live chat with a guy who directed me here, so I would appreciate any help with an issuing (or re-issuing) of the codes so I can play Mass Effect! Cheers.

    For giving away the Gamerscore Code to a friend, it was promised to get a code for Ori and 1 month EA Access until the 19th of july.

    Now these codes are missing ! Mine either, I gave away the 100€ code and of course it was used !

    We don't have any codes to provide here for Battlefield Insider unfortunately. Those are being sent out via e-mail from EA, if you haven't already I recommend reaching out to them.
