Missing E3 Mixpot

I've never received the Mixpot of watching the media briefing. I only have received the rewards for watching Inside Xbox. I'm pretty sure I was amongst the first 1 million viewers as well.

Mixpot - didn't receive The Final Station

I watched the E3 briefing live on Mixer last Sunday and didn't receive the Mixpot.

It's missing "The Final Station".

Same, I wonder if they're still rolling them out. I was logged into mixer and started watching as soon as the show started.

 

I logged in 5 minutes before it started. It seemed like it glitched a bit as my account wasn't displaying. I quit out of the app and restarted it. As soon as the stream started my account was displaying In the upper right corner. Still haven't received
my Mixpot awards.

 

Im adding to the discussion as well. I received the second mixpot (for watching Inside XBOX) but have not received the E3 Conference mixpot. I was signed in on the console and through the Mixer app on mobile. Both streams were watched from beginning to end.
My Microsoft account is linked to Mixer.

 

Same here. I received the inside Xbox mixpot but still have yet to receive the e3 one.

 

same here, logged in about 10 mins before and still have not received my mix pot. Any updates on this?

 

I exported and viewed my personal data (you can do that here: Mixer | Interactive Livestreaming) and it has me logging in at that time but not actually viewing the stream. I'm not sure why... I know
there were some network issues going on at that time and it took me a couple minutes to get logged in and view the stream. I used 1.5 gigs of my verizon data watching the stream for like 30 minutes!!

 

Same here. Watched both livestreams and haven't gotten any of the MixPot rewards.

 

For what it's worth I'm adding my name to the list that hasn't received the E3 briefing MixPot but have received the Inside Xbox one.

Yup I think you figured it out. Looks like mixer had some serious logging bugs. Mine does the exact same thing. That's an easy way to disappoint a lot of people

 

While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of us are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just
a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

You can check by looking at
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. IIf its not Xbox Support will reply to you soon with more details
