Missing doctor who skin pack

Some Minecraft skins cannot be transferred from Xbox 360 to the Xbox One. The Doctor Who Skin pack might be one of those packs.

I checked online, it turns out skin packs released before September 5, 2014
can be transferred over. Any packs released after that date cannot, and you would have to purchase those packs again on the Xbox One.

I would also like to add some of the skins don't work across all other versions on game that are cross play as well. Please be sure to check the store front info of the skin game version and such

well what i love to see is a doctor who mash up pack with the tardis all the companions and all the doctors skins and all the tardises and all the mobs there planets and all the sonic screwdrivers

I've looked in my List of packs that are owned. We have 10 packs showing as owned but the Doctor Who skins bundles are not shown here.
