missing dlcs from WWE 2K17 SEASON PASS

i pre ordered my game on sunday... and picked it up tuesday via gamestop

IM MISSING A FEW dlc's from the season pass...

i bought the 29.99 season pass...

it only came with the accelerator and goldberg pack...

suppose to come with...

Accelerator;

Future Stars Pack;

Hall of Fame Showcase;

Legends Pack;

New Moves Pack.

I have accidentally baught a wwe 2k17 season pass, but I only wanted to buy a 30.00$ card instead...

I have accidnetly baught this wwe 2k17 season pass by mistake as I do not own wwe 2k17 or do I have any intentions of buying this game. I originally wanted a 30$ xbox live gift card that I could redeem to be added to my account so the money could be used
to go towards the fallout 4 season pass. I didnt not see the season pass text below the 29.99$ title on top of the card and now I feel heartbroken over what I have just done. I come here wandering is there any possible way that I can get the 29.99$ dollars
just transferred to my account instead of the season pass as I've tried contacting the seller (best buy) and they said that I could not return it as there is no way to check if the code was used. I have the code next to me, not used, and probably never will
be. Xbox support please help me out here as I'm rather quite sad about my purchase and I'm missing out on a deal on the fallout 4 season pass... I can give the code to an employee and they could possibly disable it and reimburse me with 29.99$, right?

WWE 2K14 Accelerator

So today I purchased the WWE 2K14 Season Pass. I downloaded everything that came with it, including the accelerator. The details for the Accelerator say, "Decide the overall rankings and attributes levels of every WWE Superstar, Legend, and Diva in the game.
Unlock every WWE Superstar, Legend, and Diva, including alternate attires and all arenas and championships in WWE 2K14. Note: This item is included in the Season Pass premium content purchase."

All of the other packs downloaded perfectly, but I am still missing some characters from the "30 Years of Wrestlemania Mode" and also missing some arenas and one extra gamemode located under "Specialty"

I also went into "Download History" and re-downloaded the accelerator and watched it download to 100% and it still didn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

According to the
WWE 2K17 Season Pass store page, all the DLC for the game will be out by March 31, 2017. It sounds like the packs you aren't able to locate are future DLC packs that are not yet released. When that content is released by 2K, you should be able to find it
in your "Ready to Install" list. You may want to head over to the
2K Forums to keep in the loop on upcoming DLC.

This is the most current roster they have ever had in a WWE game... the DLC this year is not just packs with wrestlers in it.... it adds to the showcase mode with more stories for that...

I have missing games also that I paid good money to 'OWN'. Games like wwe 2k17 which are no longer being sold in marketplace. I uninstalled wwe 2k17, all the dlc content and my save game date. It's gone. So was my purchase receipt from my order history.
All went missing. I filed for a refund and was flat out denied. We're only leasing digital downloads and if they are no longer sold, then they are not supported and your stuff goes missing from your cloud storage. You don't own anything, according to Microsoft.
You want to own it then you better buy a hardcopy is what I was told.

Hi. Did you check under Manage add ons and games by pressing menu button under that game? Make sure you look for ready to install to find the DLC and install it.
