    missing digits on Xbox gift card?


    Does or has anyone ever bought a Xbox gift card that was missing digits? We only have 23 digits. And the last 2 were not scratched off, as we have 2 the same and tested one in the store, and was only 23 digits as well.

    Went back to the store, they said contact Microsoft. Microsoft is void of a human. Web assistant cant help. Any direction would be helpful?

    The 100 card you brought, you should be able to return it to the retailer you bought it from as they are selling a defective/faulty product

    the gift card contains 25 digits, you need to contact the seller, because your card has missing digits.

    Was the purchase physical? Do you have the original xbox card in hand or was the code just sent?
