Missing digit on points card

I accidentally put my MS points card through the washing machine and the dryer without redeeming what was on the card. I have all of the digits except for the first one, and number two and three are a little hard to make out but I think I know what they
are. I already tried to redeem them with what digits I thought they were but I had no luck. Is there any way to resolve this? If so any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Problem redeem prepaid visa card

it says enter 25 digit number...on the front of the card it only has 16 digit number...what am I missing?

what if i have a membership gold card where the pin number set of 25 digits is missing 2 sets of 5 digits

see i scratched off the silver part like normal, and it gunked up on me, so im missing two sets of 5 digits for my membership code can you help me please?

well, ist just a matter of "good luck". if only one is completly unreadable there is fortunatly not too many possibilities.

yeah you can try entering it as many times as you want till it will finally recognize it try with the numbers 0-9 then letters A-Z good luck!

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties reading the digits on the card. Unfortunately, you will not be able to get a replacement. Your best bet is to keep trying possibilities until you are able to redeem the code.

Digital, not every instance of missing points is Fifa related.

iTRLYER, did support tell you what the missing 4200ish points were spent on? There should be some sort of record or history as to you haveing these points in the first place (whether it was a prepaid card or bought with a credit/debit card) and what they
were spent on. Usually you can use that information and dates to move forward to determine if the account was stolen (which according to the investigation team, they didn't find evidence of suspicious activity) or if someone possibly used your account on
your own console, such as a family member.
