Missing Dialogue

Hi! So I currently am trying to stream the Mass Effect series to Twitch. I have a Xbox One S and a Xbox 360 and I use an El Gato HD60 S capture card which sends the gameplay to their Game Capture HD software on my MAC.

While I'm streaming I was informed that whenever I enter the "spin-wheel" dialogue portion of the game (which is basically all of the gameplay and chatting in the game) there was no audible dialogue. Now while I assumed this was on my end I adjusted EVERYTHING
to try and fix this and you can still hear the music in the background, just not the dialogue. While not in the "spin-wheel" dialogue, people said they could hear everything else in the background. Like when the characters talk in the elevator in ME1. At first
I thought it was because of a backward compatibility issue on the Xbox One but it still does it on the Xbox 360 and I am quite unsure how to fix it. I messaged El Gato to get a response from them and they said their software simply does not split dialogue
or anything like that so that shouldn't be the problem. Perhaps there's someone here that can help? I am actually in a LIVE chat with EA right now trying to get answers from them too.

She does that anyway, before I stabbed her face she was basically only missing the dialogue to kick me out of Breezehome.

I had the missing head thing, a few NPC's had missing heads aswell, also had the dialogue skipping aswell. Though skipped it all anyways as ill focus on the story when i play it properly

Thanks for posting. This sounds like an audio settings issue, but unfortunately there are different layers these settings could be interfering -- either your capture card, your Xbox console, or even possibly in-game. Dialogue audio tracks are normally mixed
down on different channels than in-game sounds and music. I recommend starting out by ensuring that your Xbox One's audio output settings are set to 'Stereo Uncompressed'. Here's our

Another culprit could be in-game. I would check the in-game settings menu to make sure everything matches up as well!
