    Hello,

    Firstly, I am on Xbox One, not my 360 Elite.

    I thought I would be fun to revisit Destiny and make create some content for players coming to the franchise for the upcoming release of Shadowkeep.

    To my disappointment, I received a message saying one of my DLC's were missing our corrupt. I went to look and I have all the DLC's downloaded to my external drive. Since there was no option to reinstall said content, I simply uninstalled it and restarted
    the console. Upon my return, the Microsoft store wants me to pay $20 for content I pre-ordered (and paid for) years ago. It doesn't show in "ready to install".

    I thought I would call support today (Saturday) and suddenly they are closed?

    If there is someone out there that can assist with this I would greatly appreciate it.

    Normally you can download the game early but wont be able to play it until the release date. Most of the time, the game will be available to play at midnight your time zone, but it there are no guarantee's that it will be available at 12a.m. your time. Follow
    these steps to download the game:

    Once purchase is complete, download this content by selecting the “Manage” button on the product details page on your console.

    Microsoft Commerce page. If you purchased Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, according to the

    Xbox Store page    , the Collector's Edition Digital Upgrade is not included in that bundle. If you would like to acquire the Collector's Edition content, you can purchase the content from the

    Xbox Store     directly provided you already own the following:

    • Destiny
    • Expansion I: The Dark Below
    • Expansion II: House of Wolves
    • Destiny: The Taken King
