Missing Destiny pre-order exclusives from year 1 and the taken king

Signed into my brother's xbox one and when I signed into my xbox again I was unable to have access to my pre order exclusives for Year one Destiny and The Taken King pre order exclusive's. Tried uninstalling the entire game and add-ons then reinstalling
and the exclusive was not able to be installed, says bundled only. Contacted support and asked me to do the same uninstall and didn't resolve issue. Xbox support suggested a factory reset and that did not work, not only did that not resolve my issue the year
one exclusive was gone as well. Support is saying they will try to contact Bungie to resolve. No Resolution.

Taken King Collector's Edition

I only want to know why the Xbox 360 Doesn't have the $40 only option For Taken King. When I bought Destiny I got the limited edition so I already have all the year 1 DLC and the game. I would love to pre order the Taken King, but I'm not re buying everything
I already have.

Darthdad969, that is why it has been stated repeatedly in this thread that Bungie has stated that "Unfortunately digital pre-orders are not available for the Xbox 360 platform. You will be able to purchase The Taken King $40 expansion on 9/15 when The Taken
King releases.

Note that all Day 1 Taken King players will have access to the bonus weapon packs."

And "Destiny players who have reached light level 30 or who previously purchased Expansion I and Expansion II by August 31, 2015, will receive an exclusive commemorative Founder's Fortune year 1 Emblem, Sparrow, Armor shader and more at launch with your
purchase of The Taken King."

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, which specific pre-order items are you missing? If you haven't already, try the following steps:

• From the Home screen on your Xbox One, select the My Games & Apps tile.
• Under the Games tab, select Destiny.
• Press the Menu button and select Manage Game.
• On the right side of the Ready To Install section, check to see if there are any of the missing items that need to be installed.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results as well as the requested information.

Yes, I have done that. The sparrow did show up but the pre order "Suro's Arsenal" did not show up. When I clicked the item it says bundled only and doesn't allow me to download or reinstall. When I first bought Destiny The Taken King on 09/02/2015 it downloaded
automatically with the game.

 

I'm having the same problem was chatting to Microsoft help earlier but got me nowhere.
