Missing design lab controller and call back doesn't work

Hello, thanks for your response. I got an email within 5 days saying it had been dispatched with a tracking number. Everything seemed to be going well got the paddles, case, and thumbsticks all through seperately which was expected. When I looked at the tracker on the 3rd of last month I saw that there was a clearance delay and that it was already in the UK as of the 30th of march. I'm sorry that you are having this problem, but from our line there isn't much we can do, i'm aware that design lab controllers usually take more than a month due to the customization you have selected and not only you but everyone that is buying their own controller, so the wait could be longer than most things.

But after the package is ready they should send you an email with the tracking information, has this ever been send to you?

Well sadly in that case the product has already been cataloged as sended so it won't no longer be on the register from the side of xbox and as they already tell you the problem clearly goes from FedEx mail service.

Based on the information the FedEx site gives us, if the tracking hasn't updated for a time is because the package it's still at the mail zone of xbox but is on waiting for being taken by FedEx. (Which i personally wouldn't believe)

But is just an eyes closed trust at this point, sadly we receive a lot of people having troubles with shipping their buys and there isn't very much we can do as an advisor who doesn't have the chance to look your info in the system or anything like that.

Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that

As you're having an issue with a design lab controller, you may wish to go ahead and
request a call back from Xbox Support to see if they can get you sorted out in regards to a repair or replacement, or what they would recommend in this situation. Just be aware
that it may take a bit more time for servicing as Design Lab controllers are custom fabricated for each individual.

This worked for the standard controllers but does not work for the two design labs in question. The serial number from the design controllers says not recognized.
