    Missing delivery


    I had my device repaired in warranty and Microsoft sent it back via UPS which are notoriously unreliable and so without UPS informing me my parcel had arrived at a location it sat there for a few days before they sent it back to the sender. I have contacted UPS who say I need to contact the sender; my tracking status is set to completed and in fact the device seems no longer registered on my account.

    who can i contact to solve this issue?

    We understand that you have not yet receive your package for as this was sent back to sender. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    May we ask if you have tried to contact live support team about this concern? They can best assist to this kind of concern. However, if you have already contacted the team, please let us know.

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.

    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
    8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
    9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
    10. Should you encounter same issue and have an error message please let us know so we can forward your findings to the Internal Support Team.

    In these type of cases you should do exactly that. Contact support and ask them for the required help.

    How long ago did you contact them?

    Also, have you tried contacting the delivery company? Sometimes packages can be wrongfully delivered to neighbours

    Tried calling ups no joy Microsoft could only advise wot I told them also. I have ticket number but no way to contact them about it. Tracking number but no update from Microsoft or ups pretty poor service
