    i spoke with a xbox agent they told me to message you about it showed i was approved for the preview program i lost the message you guys sent so can you plz send it again they sent me a page to redo the forum but it say group not found so like i said can

    Aha! That's what we were missing. If you've lost your message to download the Preview Dashboard, you can post here and they can resend it. You must have already received the message once for this to work though.

    Hello, i have the same problem like eagels1253. In cause of no Internet Provider i couldn't confirm the system message for the Dashboard-Preview-Program. Now i have an internet connection but the Message isn't in my inbox on Xbox One anymore. Can anyone
    Help me to get this message back.
