Missing Dark Souls 1 Redeem code

I never received my redeem code from my DS3 deluxe edition purchase. It was suppose to arrive in 7-10 business days and never did. Can i please have someone reach out to me from the promotions team to resolve this issue. Thank you

Dark Souls 1 Backwards Compatibility code missing numbers.

I just received my Dark Souls 3 Collectors Edition in the mail today. I knew that the game would come with a code to redeem in order to receive Dark Souls 1 on the Xbox One. However, my code for the game is currently missing three characters off the end.

I pre-ordered Dark soul 3 on Feb.18th but never received redeem code for Dark soul 1.

I bought the original disk of Dark Souls III, and they gave me a free 25 digit code for dark souls 1. When I try to redeem the code it says something went wrong please try again later, thanks microsoft.

I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.

Hi there dark souls 1 is not yet backwards compatibly so that is why you have not received a code once it is you will get a message on Xbox one to redeem a code.
