    Missing Dante's Inferno DLC?


    I have purchased all the Dante's Inferno DLC on the Xbox 360 but none of it is showing up on Xbox One.

    It is asking me to re-purchase everything.

    I have attempted to download it again by clicking purchase and I can confirm that I DID get charged for the DLC again.

    I've checked out the EA forums and there appears to be a big back and forth about who owns this issue to resolution.

    Before I get in this mess, do you guys have any advice?

    Most of my games have returned and remained visible on my phone and series x after multiple refreshes. I’m still missing Dante’s inferno, gears 1 and 2 and left 4 dead for certain. I tried launching Dante’s inferno to see if it would show and it did not. Hopefully this is getting fixed.

    All content that is purchased from the Microsoft Store and installed is the developer's responsibility to activate the in-game content. But it's strange that the content doesn't show up as purchased from the Microsoft Store. It is difficult to say who is responsible in this case and as the community does not have access to any internal system we are not able to intervene in these cases

    I see. If you go into game manager and add-ons the DLC doesn't show up to be installed?
